Nick & Brenda Oates

Brenda is a born native of Eureka Montana. She grew up helping her parents operate their outfitting business for hunters,whitewater rafters and fisherman until her parents retired.

Nick is originally from Colorado where he grew up on a large cattle ranch, Nick worked for his father in his retail meat shop until he graduated college and went into the Marine Corps, but it was always Nick's dream to live in Montana.

Nick and Brenda met in 1996 and have been happily married for 9 years,They have 2 great children, Megan and Mikal.

They purchased their lakefront cabin property from Brenda's parents in 2001 when Brenda's father fell ill, and finished the 2 cabins. They started High Country Cabins in 2003 and have been sharing their lakefront paradise ever since. As Brenda would say "We don't know a stranger,so come on out to Montana and meet some new friends and have the vacation of a lifetime!"
